What is the Diamond Sponsorship?
It is the Chamber’s all-event annual sponsorship. Instead of buying sponsorships event by event, you pay one price and your business is a sponsor of every Chamber-run event for the year, plus you get an ad on the new Lynbrook walkway touch-screen directory.
How much does it cost, and what is it worth?
$3,000 for the year. Purchased separately, the same package of event sponsorships and the touch-screen ad would run more than $5,500.
Which events are included?
Evening of Excellence, Experience Lynbrook, Cruise Nights, Prom Walk, Happy Hours, Breakfast Meetings, Spotlight Presentations, Lunch & Learns, Paint & Karaoke Nights, Craft Fair, Halloween Bar Crawl, Holiday Party, Cheers to the Chamber, and the walkway touch-screen ad.
Any new event the Chamber adds during the year is included at no extra cost.
Do I get tickets to the events?
Yes. Diamond Sponsorship includes two tickets to all listed events, including the Evening of Excellence.
Is anything excluded?
The Annual Mayor’s Golf Outing is not part of the Diamond Sponsorship and is sponsored separately.
What is the walkway touch-screen ad?
The Chamber’s interactive directory screen on the Lynbrook walkway. It runs a rotating sponsor board and a searchable business directory that residents and visitors use throughout the year, so your business stays visible between events.
Do I have to be a Chamber member?
Diamond Sponsorship is offered to Lynbrook Chamber of Commerce members. If your business is not a member yet, you can join and sponsor at the same time. Contact the Chamber and we will set both up together.
When does the sponsorship start, and how do I pay?
The sponsorship runs for the 2027 calendar year. Sign up through the form on this page and the Chamber will follow up with an invoice and collect your logo files.
What do you need from me after I sign up?
A high-resolution logo and the web address you want listed. That is enough to get you onto event materials and the walkway touch-screen. If you have a preferred contact for event invitations, send that along too.
